All or NeverTerms of Use
Last updated October 26, 2026
By using All or Never you agree to these terms.
The game
All or Never is a free-to-play fantasy game based on real playoff stats. Scores depend on third-party stats data, which can be delayed or corrected. Final standings are based on the stats we have when the league ends.
No gambling
All or Never is not a gambling service. We don't accept entry fees for prizes or pay out winnings. Any dues your league tracks are a private arrangement between members, handled outside the app, and you are responsible for following the laws where you live.
Your account
You must be at least 13 to use the app. Keep your account secure. Don't post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or that you don't have the right to share. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.
Commissioners
Commissioners can manage league settings, dues tracking and members. We aren't responsible for disputes between league members.
No affiliation
All or Never is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NFL, NFL Players Association, or any team. Team names and player names are used only to identify real-world stats.
As is
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages from using the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
