All or Never ("we", "us") makes a fantasy app for the playoffs. This policy explains what we collect and why. We keep it short and we don't sell your data.
What we collect
- Account info: your email address. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email from them.
- What you add in the app: team names, your jersey (name, number and colors), your player picks, chat messages, and dues settings or paid status entered by your commissioner.
- Basic technical data: logs our hosting provider keeps to run the service and stop abuse, such as IP address and device type.
How we use it
- To run your account and your leagues.
- To show your picks, scores, standings and chat to the members of your leagues. Picks stay hidden from other members until that player's game starts.
- To answer support requests and keep the app secure.
We don't use your data for advertising and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run the app: Supabase (database and sign-in), Google and Apple (if you use their sign-in), and our app and web hosting providers. They process data for us and are not allowed to use it for anything else. We may share information if the law requires it.
Money
All or Never does not handle payments between league members. Dues are tracked for your league's reference only; any money changes hands outside the app. If we offer paid features, purchases go through the App Store or Google Play and we never see your card details.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your data while your account is open. To delete your account and the data tied to it, open the app and go to Profile → Delete my account. It's removed right away. You can also email support@allornever.com from the address on your account and we'll delete it within 30 days. Chat messages you posted may be removed or shown as from a former member.
Kids
All or Never is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data. Email us and we'll help.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date above, and tell you in the app if the change is significant.
